What do you have?
Even when you feel you have nothing you have something,
Something to do, something to learn, something to achieve.
Even in grief there are things you can do or places you can go.
There is always dust and rubble and you can always make something out of it, if you are going to make anything, make it good.
When in solitude, when alone act like someone you would watch from above and respect, admire, act the way that you feel people should act even in solitude, even when you are alone.
"No longer talk about the kind of man that a good man ought to be, but be such."
Do not fall for vices, hold yourself together because you cannot rely or depend on anyone else to do that, because in one way or another, if you haven't yet, one day you will, not have the expectations you had about another person met.
It's okay to confide in people you consider your good friends and/or more, but be weary understanding that everything you need to handle life can be internal, and within yourself.
